Dodie’s leadership legacy lives on in the talent pipeline strategy she created for the global EHS professionals, which includes a global Succession Planning process and a leadership development program.
Today, Dodie applies that experience as a keynote speaker and talent pipeline consultant. Recently she developed an accountable leadership strategy for a Big Ten fraternity, complete with leadership workshops. She has been recognized for setting a clear vision, for motivating others and for utilizing innovative and practical approaches.
